USAWOA Scholarship
About the USAWOA Scholarship Foundation
Mission
The United States Army Warrant Officers Association Scholarship Foundation will become one of the trusted sources for our members to seek financial assistance in achieving the goals of a better education for their families in the future. We are dedicated to expanding the opportunities for financial assistance for further education to eligible family members.
Vision
The keystone of the USAWOA is professionalism. The Association is concerned with those Warrant Officer Policies and Procedures, which will enhance the Warrant Officer Corps' professionalism and the individual Warrant Officer. At our Annual Meetings, we recommend proposals that will improve the Warrant Officer Corps and the Army. A list of our past resolutions/proposals is available from the Headquarters to provide you with information on the issues we have addressed.

USAWOA Scholarship Foundation
The United States Army Warrant Officers Association Scholarship Foundation was incorporated in March 2003 and received Non-Profit status under 501(c)3 of the Internal Revenue Code in July 2003. The United States Army Warrant Officers Association Scholarship Foundation is a non-profit organization dedicated to supporting members and their families by allowing them to apply for financial assistance in gaining various levels of higher formal education. Too many American military families struggle from payday to payday to make ends meet. The Scholarship Foundation’s goal is to partner with the donor community. This is to ensure that those who are devoting their lives to the defense of our country also can provide their family members with higher formal education and, therefore, assist them in having the skills and resources they need to secure a sound financial future for themselves and their families.
The USAWOA Scholarship Foundation was created in 2003 to assume the administration of the USAWOA scholarship. The Scholarship Foundation is pleased to offer the program for the 2024 – 2025 school year. The program aims to make financial awards to the most deserving candidates. A selection board makes decisions based on the whole-person concept. In the last week of July, the Scholarship Foundation will award scholarships for $1,500.00 each and book scholarships of $500.00. Applications must be received between 1 February and 30 May 2024 to be considered for this year’s program. Applications will be accepted from the children (natural and adopted), grandchildren, and dependent children of members in good standing in USAWOA. Spouses of members are eligible and may apply for scholarship assistance to further educational endeavors. Completed application packets and official transcripts need to be mailed directly to:
